now, i'm not an EXPERT with these word-spinning conundrums, but I know a few of them. Figured i'd ask fist though before just posting them and seeing no one respond.
So, anyone want to play a little game?

I'll start then!
here's a fun one that's been in my head recently

"What walks on four legs in the morning, two during the day, and three in the evening?"

as a note if you have one just toss it out. i'll come back and mark any of mine that are solved

Ah, the famous Sphinx's Riddle from the story Oedipus.

While I do not have a riddle for you in return, I can tell you with 100% certainty, the answer to the Sphinx's Riddle is Man.

He walks on all fours (crawls really) when he is a baby in the morning of his life. He walks on two legs during the 'day' of his lifetime. When he becomes old, in the evening of his life, he uses a cane or walking stick as support, hence 'walking on three legs'.

well, I'll continue it then with one I read in a book a long time ago, translated into English (trying to preserving rhyme even)

She comes from east so fair,
Wake up, day's here.
When she in west closes her golden gate,
You'd better have your days work made.

It's kind of easy, but that rhyme have helped me a ton.

((
We're aware that it might have been translated from English to our native tounge,
or from some other language, meaning it will sound vastly different from the original.

I'll give you one then, it's one that me and my friends made up when we were kids. But it's not hard, and atleast I know that you can't just google for the answer. XP

When you poke me,
I jiggle around,
And I juggle about.

I taste delicious,
But not like sauerkraut.

I'm kinda made of water,
But nothing like ice,
And I'm not hot steam.

You can play with me for a bit,
Before I end up in your stomach.

Correct! :3

I'll put up one more, but then I'll be done for the night.

You may see it but can't find it,
you may feel it but cant touch it,
it helps nature but sometimes kills it.

What am I?
