Will There Be More Animations?~

I understand the game is in its early created states...But I'm curious as to what animations there would be for each and every race and what they would do if they were chopping wood or fighting a certain way. Whatever weapon they wield, what would they do with knuckles? Swing a fist? Jab? I just want some enthusiastic descriptions of verbally announced physics here xD

I believe that (or something very similar) was in the works, and part of the reason for moving from an MMO platform, as it was difficult to efficiently render for multiple players at once. From what I recall Jeff saying ((mind you, this is absolute ages ago)), one of the goals was that in-game actions (e.g. cooking, fishing, fighting, etc) would be interactive, meaning you'd have to do a sequence of smaller events, each of which would have its own animation sequence. End result of this being, every action's animation sequence would vary based on how you carried it out.

So, once that's implemented, I'd imagine there'd be a few variations of most basic actions - swinging axes, swords, fishing rods, picks, etc - which could then be merged in a huge variety of ways, to create those larger action sequences.

So you're saying...if the skills you use grow much stronger along the midst of your gameplay, your character will look like its getting better at what its doing? or is it along the lines of when everything else of the game is made it'll be put in different ways until there is a specifically recommended animation for each action? both seem like they would be great ...
